Four selections from Handel’s Italian chamber duets, arranged for flexible low brass instrumentation. Although the parts are marked ‘Tuba 1’ and ‘Tuba' 2’ they can be played on various combinations of trombone, euphonium, bass and/or contrabass tuba. Accompaniments are adapted from those by Johannes Brahms (1780). Also included is a Baroque performance guide, along with written notes on the text and performance of each duet.
